At Off yer bike we are committed to ensuring our customers are delighted with the quality and value of not just our product but also our service. We aim to achieve 100% buyer satisfaction in all aspects of our sales and aftercare. To help us achieve this, and ensure our returns process is as quick and easy as possible, please follow the steps below.
ITEMS RECEIVED DAMAGED
Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and the damaged product. We may require evidence of the damage in order to complete any claim.
Please contact us via email either through the contact us page on the Off yer bike website or via ebay messaging within 24 hours of receiving your damaged product, with your full name, address and contact number and a detailed description of the damage to the handle. Upon receiving the email we will contact you and instruct you of the next step. No refunds will be given or replacements sent until we receive the original handle and packaging back for assessment.
IF THE ITEM BECOMES DEFECTIVE AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT
You have the right to return a faulty handle within a reasonable time, however we cannot offer a refund after 30 days. If your handle becomes defective after 30 days of receipt please contact us via email either through the contact us page on the Off yer bike website or via ebay messaging with your full name, address and contact number. Upon receiving the email we will contact and instruct you of the next step. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your replacement via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the replacement due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a replacement for defective goods.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURN
We happily adhere to the distance selling regulations giving our customers 14 days (often referred to as the cooling off period) from the day after receipt to return products for any reason (as long as they are unused and in original packaging) for a full refund (including initial outward post and packaging costs) however this does not include the buyers return postage costs for sending the item back to ourselves.
HANDLE WARRANTY
All Off yer bike handles are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty; If you have quality issues with your handle during this time please contact us via the Off yer bike website. This warranty does not cover wear and tear.
