Frequently asked questions 

• How long does it take for my order to be processed?
  We aim to process all UK and EU orders within 3-5 working days and all other countries within 10 days.

• If I have a question regarding the purchase or delivery of my handle who do I contact?

• Does the Off yer bike handle fit any other type of folding bike?
  The Off yer bike handle was designed specifically for Brompton folding bicycles.

• When using the handle can I carry my bike from either side?
  Yes. The handle is designed in such a way that this is possible. You can either adjust the angle of the handle by loosening the Velcro straps and easing the pads one way or the other, or position it centrally allowing use from either side.

• Once fitted, can the Off yer bike handle stay on my bike?
  Yes. There is no need to remove the handle once fitted. For security, once your Brompton bike is folded and locked by lowering the seat fully, the handle is locked in place by the rear tyre. To remove the handle the bike has to be unlocked by raising the seat and opening out the rear wheel.

• Why does my handle slip?
  Your handle will not have been fitted tightly enough around the cross bar of the bike. Refit the handle following ‘The Fit’ instructions and tighten the pads and Velcro straps as tightly as possible.
